In the year 2003 , Government of Karnataka has decided to improve the City Bus Operation across the district head quarters for a
radius of 20 kilometer.
As a result of this decision, a gadget notification has been issued No. HTD.134.TMA, 2003 dated 31.12.2003,
under this notification private bus operator were allowed to operate buses within the radius of 20 kilometer.
A group of young entrepreneurs of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi District decided to operate City Buses throughout district of Karnataka.
As a pilot project application were filed under this scheme to operate buses between Hubli-Dharwad and remote place of other parts of
Dharwad District Head Quarter.
